Terms and Conditions
Booking Policy
All services are exclusive of parts. Servicing and repairs will be assessed upon drop-off. We will then provide a full breakdown before any work is carried out, including costs and an estimated completion time.
Once the repair is complete, we will notify you via email or SMS. Please note that delays may occur if parts need to be ordered.
Deposits
A non-refundable £5 deposit is required to secure your service or repair time slot. This will be taken at checkout when making your booking.
If additional parts are required, a secondary deposit may be requested to cover these costs. We will inform you if this is necessary and provide payment details along with your service/repair breakdown.
Collection
Once your bike is ready, you will be notified. From this point, you will have 2 days to collect your bike.
After this period, a storage fee of £5 per day will apply.
Due to limited storage space, it is essential that bikes are collected promptly.
Parts
Small or consumable parts (such as derailleurs, shifters, cables, and cranks) will be disposed of or recycled where possible.
Larger components (such as frames, forks, and wheels) will be returned to you upon collection.
Warranty
Bikes naturally experience wear and tear, so we cannot guarantee against all issues. However, if your bike has been serviced and you are still experiencing problems, please get in touch—we will be happy to investigate and resolve the issue.
Accessories
We recommend removing all accessories (such as helmets, lights, and cycle computers) before bringing your bike in.
Due to the high volume of bikes we handle, we cannot guarantee the safety of items left on the bike. Any accessories left are at your own risk, and we are not liable for loss or damage.
